Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and payments made through your PayPal account.  The Cardservice International Online Payment System verifies that your credit card is valid and the your billing information matches the name and number on your credit card before charging the card.  Everything is done in one easy, convenient step through the final authorization process.

Product Usage and Warranties
All parts sold on 3800performance.com are for off-road use only. 3800performance.com and it's parent company, Xtreme Performance, assume no liability, expressed or implied, with regard to these parts. All parts sold on 3800performance.com are warranted solely against defects in materials and workmanship by their original manufacturers. This is your only warranty with respect to the products. Xtreme Performance, unless specifically noted with a product page, does not warrant any of the products offered for sale on the 3800performance.com. Xtreme Performance is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from any products sold on this website.

Fraud
Credit Card fraud is a FEDERAL offense. All of our online credit card transactions are logged. If you intentionally commit credit card fraud on our website, we WILL do everything we can to catch you. We will work with local and federal law enforcement, including the FBI and NW3C authorities, to make sure that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may also disclose information when we believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Billing
After you have placed your secure online order, your credit card statement and confirmation email will show "XTREME PERFORMANCE" as the merchant name.

Your online transaction is verified in real-time when you place your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed immediately even though in certain situations (i.e., the product(s) are on backorder, or normal delays from the manufacturer), the products will not ship immediately. Please check our Product Status page before you order for information on which products may have a delay on them. We do everything we can to keep our products in stock and available for immediate shipping, but sometimes the delay is unavoidable if it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will make every attempt to minimize the delay in your order.

Sales Tax
Xtreme Performance resides in Michigan, and therefore must charge 6.00% sales tax for all Michigan orders. If you live in any other state, you will not be charged sales tax on your order.

Order Cancellations
Some order cancellations may be subject to a 10% credit card processing fee or a full store credit.

Returns

• All reprogrammed PCM and electronic products are non-returnable.
• All hoods are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or installed on a vehicle.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• All returned products must be in it's original packaging.
• All other returns must be authorized first and are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada shipping rates, please email us at sales@3800performance.com with the product(s) you are wishing to purchase, and your zip code. We will have someone from our Sales staff email you back with a custom quote.
