Product Usage and Warranties
All parts sold on 3800performance.com are for off-road use only. 3800performance.com and it's parent company, Xtreme Performance, assume no liability, expressed or implied, with regard to these parts. All parts sold on 3800performance.com are warranted solely against defects in materials and workmanship by their original manufacturers. This is your only warranty with respect to the products. Xtreme Performance, unless specifically noted with a product page, does not warrant any of the products offered for sale on the 3800performance.com. Xtreme Performance is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from any products sold on this website.

Xtreme Performance Inc. ships via trackable shipping methods, such as UPS, Fed Ex, and or USPS with Delivery confirmation. Once a package has been shipped to the customer, Xtreme Performacne Inc. will not be held responsible for items that have been shown (via Tracking Information/ Delivery Confirmation Number) delivered, that turn up "missing" after it was shown to have been delivered. Any "missing packages" is the customers responsibility and Xtreme Performance Inc. will not be held responsible after the delivery has been completed.

Credit Card fraud is a FEDERAL offense. All of our online credit card transactions are logged. If you intentionally commit credit card fraud on our website, we WILL do everything we can to catch you. We will work with local and federal law enforcement, including the FBI and NW3C authorities, to make sure that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may also disclose information when we believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Order Cancellations
Some order cancellations may be subject to a 10% credit card processing fee or a full store credit.


  • All reprogrammed PCM and electronic products are non-returnable.
  • All hoods are non-returnable unless they are defective.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or installed on a vehicle.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • All returned products must be in it's original packaging.
  • All other returns must be authorized first and are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
